Where are you located?

We’re an online gift shop at MossyMutt.com. We don’t have a physical storefront, but we deliver right to your door!

Can I customize my order?

Many of our items, like message cards and jewelry, offer personalization options. Just check the product page for details.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select the items you want, choose any options (like size or personalization), and add them to your cart. Then, complete the checkout process to place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@mossymutt.com with photos of the issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are not available as each product is custom-made. If your item is defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@mossymutt.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.
